Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Intern to join our team and provide excellent support to our customers. The intern will be responsible for assisting in communication with clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Support the CSR team in daily operations and reporting.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and suggestions courteously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Learn and apply company policies and communication protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
  • Previous experience in customer service (if any) will be a plus.

Working Hours: e.g., 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
