Telesales Representative (UK Campaign)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing UK campaign team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage potential customers over the phone.

As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for contacting UK-based clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the UK market.
• Promote and sell company products or services effectively.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Prior telesales or call center experience (UK campaign preferred)
• Freshers also apply for job .
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Confidence in speaking with UK-based clients.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, etc.).

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: [ 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time) for girls 3pm to 11pm for boys]
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
