Sales and Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell laboratory instruments and solutions to academic, industrial, clinical, and research laboratories.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer visits.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Install, calibrate, and validate laboratory instruments at customer sites.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site or remotely.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide timely service reports & documentation and train customers on operation along with basic maintenance of instruments.
• Coordinate with the principal/manufacturer for technical issues, spare parts, and escalations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of laboratory equipment such spectrophotometers, Chemiluminescent Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, centrifuges, pH meters, HPLC, GC is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or service of scientific/lab instruments
