Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

*Install, assemble and maintain laboratory medical instruments (chemistry, hematology, immunoassay analyzers, etc.)

*Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems (hardware, software, application, LIS issues)

*Safely uninstall, pack, and prepare equipment for relocation*Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients

*Undergo structured training and certification on company products and laboratory instruments

*Read and understand equipment manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation to stay updated on instrument operation

*Verify equipment functionality before installation to ensure readiness and perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) as per manufacturer guidelines

Education:

*BS in Biomedical Engineering / DAE in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering

Skills and Competencies: *Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills *Proficient in MS Office

Experience *Relevant experience of 1 year in a similar role
