Job Overview

We are seeking a well-spoken and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our CRM software and services, managing leads, and building long-term customer relationships. This role involves telesales, client meetings, and working closely with our CRM consultants to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and meetings to promote our CRM solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right CRM products and services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or demos to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to close deals.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends and competitors.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or CRM-related work.
  • CRM Knowledge: Understanding of CRM software such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Spoken English: Must have excellent English communication skills.

Skills Required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Confident on phone calls and video meetings.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and handling objections.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM workflows (a plus).
  • Problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
