Job Description:
As a
Legal Assistant specializing
in liability claims, you will support our attorneys in managing pre-litigation cases from start to finish. You will handle client communications, insurance coordination, and document preparation, ensuring cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

at You'll Do

Claims & Case Management: File and track liability claims, maintain case records in our CRM (Neos), and monitor deadlines.

Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on case status and required documents.

Insurance Coordination: Obtain declarations pages, adjuster details, rental agreements, reimbursement receipts, and other key information from insurance carriers.

Documentation & Correspondence: Draft and send letters of representation, demand letters, Letters of Protection, drop letters, and other legal correspondence.

Medical & Repair Coordination: Request medical bills, records, and reports from providers and coordinate clients' preferred body shops and rental services.

Case File Maintenance: Track vehicle locations, police reports, and supporting evidence to keep files comprehensive and accurate.

Administrative Support: Assist attorneys with case preparation, organize evidence, and support negotiations with insurance carriers.

Software Proficiency: Use CRM (Neos) for case tracking, document storage, and reporting.
Requirements:-

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high-volume caseload

Excellent written and verbal communication for client and insurer liaison

Familiarity with liability claims processes and insurance industry practices

Proficiency with legal and CRM software (Neos, Microsoft Office)

Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
