Rental Cars UAE is a leading car rental company based in the United Arab Emirates. We operate a dedicated support office in Johar Town, Lahore, providing professional customer assistance for our UAE operations. This is an on-site position and not a remote job.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, booking details, and general support
- Provide accurate information regarding services, prices, and policies
- Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions
- Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service standards
- Coordinate with team leads and report any issues or customer concerns
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (speaking & listening)
- Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
