Customer Service Representative (Night Shift – Inbound Campaign)

Rental Cars UAE is a leading car rental company based in the United Arab Emirates. We operate a dedicated support office in Johar Town, Lahore, providing professional customer assistance for our UAE operations. This is an on-site position and not a remote job.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with rental inquiries, booking details, and general support
• Provide accurate information regarding services, prices, and policies
• Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service standards
• Coordinate with team leads and report any issues or customer concerns

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (speaking & listening)
• Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Professional, polite, and customer-oriented behavior
