We’re looking for a
customer-focused Partner Support Associate
to join a dynamic, fast-growing team at a
well-established multinational company
. This is a
non-voice role
, focused entirely on
email, live chat, and CRM-based communication
— no phone calls involved.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Communicating with partners via
email and live chat
to guide them through onboarding, documentation, and verification (KYB) processes
-
Re-engaging leads who are inactive, unresponsive, or previously marked as "lost" to revive potential partnerships

Assisting new partners with submitting required documents, understanding platform benefits, and resolving integration-related queries

Following up on open support cases to ensure full issue resolution

Logging and managing all interactions through
Salesforce CRM
and contributing to ongoing lead tracking and performance dashboards

Collaborating with internal teams to share feedback and help improve partner experience workflows
Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in
non-voice customer support
,
live chat
, or
email-based telesales

Strong written communication skills with a friendly, professional, and persuasive tone

Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy

Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in problem-solving

Familiarity with
CRM tools
like Salesforce is a plus
