Customer Service Representative /Office Coordinator

We are a fast-growing plumbing company specializing in water heaters across Florida, and we’re looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Office Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key role in our operation—handling customer communication, scheduling service calls, and supporting our technicians in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
  • Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians
  • Coordinate daily routes and job assignments
  • Follow up with customers and update job status
  • Prepare basic service estimates and job notes
  • Maintain organized records and customer information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office, dispatch, or customer service
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems (email, Excel, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Spanish is a plus

Schedule:

  • Sunday(Optional) Monday– Friday
  • Full-time position
