Job Responsibilities:
- Handle new leads and admissions: Guide potential students and parents through the enrollment process with proper follow-up.
- Manage existing and new students & parents: Provide ongoing support, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth academic experience.
- Fee management: Ensure timely fee collections within assigned dates and maintain proper records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships: Maintain regular communication with parents and students to ensure trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with teachers & management: Share updates regarding student progress, concerns, or special requests.
- Maintain student records: Keep updated data of admissions, attendance, fee status, and feedback.
- Resolve conflicts or concerns: Address complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Upsell additional courses/services: Recommend suitable advanced courses when needed.
- Track performance: Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, admissions, and student satisfaction.
- Ensure quality service: Maintain professionalism and represent the academy positively at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking (must).
- Strong convincing power, soft skills, strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship experience preferred.
- MBA in Customer Relationship, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
Job Details:
- Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 50,000 (depending on skills & experience)
