Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal departments.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
- Handle communication campaigns, announcements, and customer feedback professionally.
- Support administrative and operational tasks when required.
- Maintain a positive company image through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Experience in the relevant domain.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communication, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, communication, or client support roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software/CRM systems.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
