Customer Service Representative - Onsite Karachi

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Job Timing: 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi

Industry: Education Sector

Required Experience: 1-2 Years in relevant domain

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal departments.
  • Record customer interactions and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
  • Handle communication campaigns, announcements, and customer feedback professionally.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks when required.
  • Maintain a positive company image through excellent customer service and communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in the relevant domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communication, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, communication, or client support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software/CRM systems.
  • Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
