Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to provide product information, follow up on leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present products or services professionally to generate interest and sales.
- Follow up on assigned leads and maintain detailed call records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Update CRM or database with accurate client information.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English/Urdu).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and positive energy.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
