The Role:
As the newest CSR at Lucky Air Inc., you'll be the warm greeting and expert guide our customers depend on. Your role involves handling inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring our clients receive the stellar support they deserve. This role is majority on the phone answering inbound calls but also making an abundance amount of outbound calls. It's a chance to make a real difference in people's lives through exceptional service.

Your Impact:

• Outbound Phone Sales with Warm Leads from our database. Rehashing estimates and selling Maintenance plans is the number one goal for this position.
• Be the first point of contact for our customers, offering friendly and efficient assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Schedule HVAC & Plumbing service appointments while coordinating with our technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide detailed information about our HVAC & Plumbing solutions, tailoring advice to meet customer needs.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Engage in follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

• A high school graduate or equivalent, with customer service experience being a significant plus.
• Not afraid of objections on the phone with consumers.
• An excellent communicator who listens just as well as you converse.
• Experienced with CRM software and adept at handling various administrative tasks.
• A multitasker who can prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about helping others and capable of handling issues with patience and diplomacy.
• [Optional] Familiar with the HVAC or PLUMBING industry, ready to learn or bring your knowledge to our team.
