Customer Service Representative (Sales Executive )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales successfully.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
