Customer Service Representative - Sales & Marketing (Seasonal)

This position works on a seasonal basis, filling in for extended absences for Corporate Sales and Marketing Customer Service. Position will review correspondence (letter, email) and generate Salesforce Cases using knowledge and a Chatgpt bot created for this purpose with an emphasis on recognizing Timeshare Exit Company correspondence. Manage Sales and Legal Smartsheet to enter and remove after resolution, update and close cases and perform other related issues to manage the Customer Service Team. Requires excellent time management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Review incoming correspondence to ensure that it is a Cust Serv issue; redirect if necessary.
  • Record all cases in Salesforce using the appropriate status; update noting restitution and other resolutions and close. Maintain effective use of the Chatgpt bot to define case issues.
  • Communicate with Regional Leaders and Legal Department in professional, descriptive emails; requesting statements or follow to specific claims, either requesting contact with Member or to provide feedback to allow for timely written response.
  • Add to Sales Smartsheet when directed.
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving ability to ensure correct case description.
  • Develop excellent inter and intradepartmental resources to facilitate research and resolution for customer satisfaction. May require in depth research to complaints as a resource to internal customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle escalated service issues within established timelines.
  • Possess outstanding time management and prioritization skills
  • Detail and results oriented while working independently on departmental and company goals
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Salesforce
  • Ability to work flexible schedule when required
