Customer Service Representative (Showroom & Sales Support)

Sarisand Tile is looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to support our sales and design team while providing excellent experience for showroom visitors.

This role is the first point of contact for customers, helping with appointments, product questions, sample checkouts, and order updates.

No design experience required — we will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

· Greet and welcome customers to the showroom and assist with appointments or walk-ins

· Answer incoming calls, gather information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member

· Schedule appointments for designers and maintain team calendars

· Ask customers questions about their project (materials, square footage, timeline) to help guide them to the right designer

· Assist customers with product samples and track sample check-outs and returns

· Create estimates and invoices, accept payments, and update customer contact information

· Notify customers when orders arrive and coordinate pickup or delivery

· Assist designers with product research and administrative support

· Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom environment

· Maintain flexibility in supporting the team with a wide range of tasks, from light bookkeeping to showroom support.

· Interest in social media a plus

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests, solve problems and remain professional in demanding customer situations.
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and reaching are regularly required.

This is a full-time position with company providing health insurance, PTO and retirement contribution.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
