About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to join the team of a globally recognised fashion retail brand. The role will focus on supporting back-office customer service operations while ensuring seamless coordination between customers, stores, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and support day-to-day service operations
- Coordinate with retail stores, logistics, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information
- Assist with order follow-ups, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely responses and a high standard of customer support
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative processes
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or support operations is an advantage
Salary Range - AED 10,000 + Nafis
