Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• C1 English is a must
• Experience working as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work hybrid ( 8 days a month onsite)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
