Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer service team in the UK.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Follow several communication scripts during phone calls.
  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and other appropriate channels.
  • Assess the client's needs, answer to inquiries, and offer solutions or alternatives.
  • Keep orderly records of all encounters.
  • Improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Oversee customer accounts.
  • Perform data entry duties as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in an international call center with excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • proficiency with computers and internet

Timings: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday

Two shifts available, 1:00PM to 9:00PM & 5:00PM- 1:00AM

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
