Job description:
- Carry out duties to assist the UK customer service department.
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Conversing with a caller while adhering to several communication scripts.
- Engaging with customers via phone, chat, and other relevant channels.
- Determining the needs of the client, responding to inquiries, and offering alternatives or solutions.
- Maintaining structured chat logs
- Hitting targets and enhancing performance.
- Taking care of client accounts
- Carrying out data entry duties as required.
Requirements for Skills
- Global Call Center Background Communication Skills: Fluency in English
- Confidence in Speaking, and Good Listening
- Ability to Multitask
- Outstanding internet and computer skills.
- A creative, adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic mindset.
- Availability for the 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift (Mon–Fri).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
