Job description:

  • Carry out duties to assist the UK customer service department.
  • Taking care of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Conversing with a caller while adhering to several communication scripts.
  • Engaging with customers via phone, chat, and other relevant channels.
  • Determining the needs of the client, responding to inquiries, and offering alternatives or solutions.
  • Maintaining structured chat logs
  • Hitting targets and enhancing performance.
  • Taking care of client accounts
  • Carrying out data entry duties as required.

Requirements for Skills

  • Global Call Center Background Communication Skills: Fluency in English
  • Confidence in Speaking, and Good Listening
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Outstanding internet and computer skills.
  • A creative, adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Availability for the 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift (Mon–Fri).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
