Customer Service Representative (UK Based)

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our UK-based clientele. Your core focus will be managing multi-channel communications (phone, chat, etc.) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls using established scripts while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Problem Solving: Identify client needs and offer appropriate alternatives or solutions.
  • Data & Account Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, manage customer accounts, and perform routine data entry.
  • Performance: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an international call center environment.
  • Native-level English fluency and superior active listening skills.
  • Strong technical literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Timings: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday

1:00PM- 9:00PM

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
