Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on client products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and efficiency
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
