About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer issues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
