Are you an energetic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for home improvement and outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for home improvement, remodeling, and repair projects
  • Manage and optimize daily schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management
  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups with care and accuracy
  • Track and update job progress using dispatch and CRM software
  • Support overall team operations and contribute to continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or home repair industry
  • Previous dispatch experience required
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and Monday.com is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual
  • Creative problem-solver with a go-getter attitude
  • Background in sales is a plus

- Mon-Thurs: 8:30AM-5:30PM

- Friday: 8:30AM-4:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
