Are you an energetic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for home improvement and outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for home improvement, remodeling, and repair projects
- Manage and optimize daily schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups with care and accuracy
- Track and update job progress using dispatch and CRM software
- Support overall team operations and contribute to continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or home repair industry
- Previous dispatch experience required
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of HubSpot and Monday.com is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual
- Creative problem-solver with a go-getter attitude
- Background in sales is a plus
