Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer calls and inquiries using multi-line phone systems, providing clear information about shipments, deliveries, and scheduling.
  • Monitor GPS and data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, home owners, tenants, and the rest of the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or issues swiftly.
  • Assist in transportation planning by analyzing logistics data to improve fleet utilization and streamline supply chain operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
