Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You will handle service requests, schedule appointments, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy. Exemplifying our Code of Values, you will consistently show respect and integrity while helping customers and supporting your team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Assign daily work and calls to other team members
• Perform marketing and sales functions to promote additional services and earn new business
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and resolve complaints
• Maintain office services by organizing operations, procedures, and purchase orders
• Assist in other office duties as needed, including cross-training in related roles

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer focus
• Team player who can also work independently
• General computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Typing skills considered an asset
