We're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher to report directly to our Office Manager and keep operations flowing seamlessly. What You'll Deliver
- Champion Customer Interactions: Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with empathy and expertise, booking appointments, providing updates, and resolving basic issues to ensure top-tier client satisfaction.
- Dispatch with Precision: Coordinate technician schedules and routes using tools like ServiceTitan, minimizing delays and optimizing for timely, efficient service delivery.
- Resolve and Escalate Smartly: Tackle customer concerns head-on and elevate complex issues to the Office Manager for swift resolution.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Maintain clear communication with field technicians and the office crew, logging details accurately to support smooth operations and high standards.
- Keep Records Spotless: Update CRM systems with job details, payments, and interactions, contributing to data-driven improvements in our customer-first workflow.
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in customer service, dispatching, or client support roles (home services or logistics experience a plus)
- A quick-thinking multitasker who excels in high-volume, deadline-driven settings
- Stellar communicator with problem-solving prowess and a positive, team-player attitude
- Familiar with dispatch/CRM software (ServiceTitan a bonus); proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic tools
