Job Overview
As a Customer Service/Dispatcher you will keep our businesses running smoothly by providing support for our customers and service technicians. You will manage call volume and scheduling skillfully prioritizing multiple requests. Organized and attentive, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible. You're capable of meeting challenges as you dispatch urgent service requests. Our skilled technicians will depend on you to provide accurate and detailed information. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and independent proactively assisting in resolving problems. Your mission will be to make every customer a happy one while providing a 5 Star Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians (Right Call Right Tech)
- Handle call volume accurately
- Monitor technician location to coordinate service and technician availability
- Maintain technician database and communicate accordingly
- Oversees equipment availability; assigns drivers, trucks, and extra drivers when needed.
- Monitor technician working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience (HVAC preferred)
- Service Titan experience a MUST!!
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high call volume and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating technician routes
- Proficient with computers and common office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused with customers
- Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic
- Must be able to work Mon-Friday 11am-8pm or Tues- Sat 8am-5pm
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
