Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and text.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
• Accurately enter customer data into our systems for record-keeping.
• Listen to customer problems and summarize complaints .
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately schedule technicians based on experience and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a excellent customer experience.
• Assist Technicians with communication with customers and manufactures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to listen to the customers needs and make decisions that best help them.
• Comfortable using computer systems for data management and communication.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
