Our fast-paced insurance agency is recruiting for a professional team member at an entry level customer service department that has a great presence, can multitask quickly, be extremely organized and enjoys working with Great People and Great Customers!

Agent's Assistant - This position will assist in the daily tasks of answering phones, billing, processing policy changes, office administrative, alerts, responding to client inquiries and concerns, resolve customer service issues, and have the ability to advance into a licensed Property and Casualty agent.

Positions available in Grants Pass or Rogue River

Required:

Must be Professional.

Must have a Team attitude and like working with others.

Encouraged to obtain Insurance Property & Casualty Licensed

Strong Customer Service Experience a plus

On the job training available

Computer Skills a plus
