Duties

• Enter data efficiently into company systems while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate clearly in English, with the ability to switch seamlessly between multiple languages if bilingual skills are available
• Apply basic medical terminology knowledge when assisting clients in healthcare-related inquiries (if applicable)
• Analyze customer concerns to identify solutions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Requirements

• Bilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances service delivery
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
• Previous experience in customer service or a medical office environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for healthcare-related roles
• Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and effectively
