We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote English&Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong background in technique support This role requires a proactive individual who can provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for solar products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and technique support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar products.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements:

1.Associate degree or higher, background in science or engineering

2.Fluent in Dutch, English for internal communication

3.Over 1 years of customer experience

4.Strong communication skills, strong stability
