Job Overview
BTC Connect is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Ohio City, Ohio office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their enquiries efficiently. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.87 - $19.00 USD.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute to team efforts to improve it.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
