Customer Service Representative/Sales

We are looking forward for a patient and professional Sales cum customer care representative to join our team in Damac Hills 1 branch.

Responsibilities:

• Call and communicate with customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships and sales
• Resolve issues and calm down unhappy customers
• Manage social media & assist with advertising
• Coordinate with drivers and handle delivery and pick up schedules
• Stay positive and absorb pressure under stress

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
• Social media awareness and organizational ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
