Inside Sales Representative

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to order closure and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and product information in coordination with the technical and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with vendors and channel partners to identify opportunities, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant IT products, solutions, and services.
  • Work closely with the outside sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
