Customer Service Representative/Sales Specialist

On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air is hiring high-performing CSR / Sales Specialists in the Houston area who know how to turn calls into revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is not a typical CSR role — we are looking for individuals who are confident on the phone, understand sales, and are driven by performance and results.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments
• Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward scheduling service
• Promote current offers, services, and memberships to maximize opportunities
• Upsell and cross-sell plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services when appropriate
• Book multiple appointments when possible to increase overall revenue
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintain accurate records and follow up to close opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2+ years in customer service, call center, or inside sales
• Proven ability to handle objections and close calls
• Strong communication, persuasion, and multitasking skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Positive, competitive, and team-driven mindset
• ServiceTitan experience preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
