Customer Service Representative/Sales Specialist

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in call center (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in shifts

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
