We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues effectively, ensuring an exceptional service experience for our Japanese-speaking customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese and English.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working with customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
