The Customer Service & Reservations Officer is responsible for handling all incoming customer calls, including food orders, table reservations, inquiries, and complaints. The role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional guest experience by ensuring accurate communication, timely follow-up, and excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Take food orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team
- Manage table reservations and maintain an organized booking system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items, timings, promotions, and services
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper resolution in coordination with management
- Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear records of orders, reservations, and customer feedback
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Represent the restaurant positively and uphold service quality standards
Requirements
- Arab national preferred
- Fluent Arabic (spoken) is mandatory
- English communication skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in restaurant customer service, reservations, or call handling is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required
