The Customer Service & Reservations Officer is responsible for handling all incoming customer calls, including food orders, table reservations, inquiries, and complaints. The role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional guest experience by ensuring accurate communication, timely follow-up, and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
  • Take food orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team
  • Manage table reservations and maintain an organized booking system
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items, timings, promotions, and services
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper resolution in coordination with management
  • Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear records of orders, reservations, and customer feedback
  • Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Represent the restaurant positively and uphold service quality standards

Requirements

  • Arab national preferred
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken) is mandatory
  • English communication skills are an advantage
  • Previous experience in restaurant customer service, reservations, or call handling is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD290.000 - KD300.000 per month
