Customer Service (Russian Speaking) - Sharjah work location

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the voice of the customer within our company. You’ll ensure seamless order management, handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service that exceeds customer expectations—all while aligning with our vision and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Process daily customer orders and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Provide order requirements and e-proofs to customers.
  • Liaise with Order Processing and Logistics teams for approvals, releases, and shipments.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time order delivery while keeping customers updated.

Customer Experience

  • Build sustainable customer relationships through open communication.
  • Provide accurate and complete information across all channels.
  • Follow up post-delivery and gather customer feedback.
  • Send greetings to maintain relationships with current and past customers.
  • Complaint & Retention Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for complaints and escalate to relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely resolution and reporting of issues.
  • Analyze lost clients, share insights with Sales, and maintain an updated client database.

Support Functions

  • Follow up on receivables with Finance and Sales.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and generate reports.
  • Assist with audits, exhibitions, and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with the Tender Team and Sales to provide necessary customer information or documents for RFQ/RFP submissions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

✔ Timely and accurate order processing
✔ High customer satisfaction and retention rates
✔ Quick turnaround of tenders and complaints
✔ No pending receivables / updated database

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (English & Russian required; French an advantage)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to different customer needs
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP & CRM systems preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
