Customer Service & Sales Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Officer to handle customer inquiries, support sales activities, and maintain strong client relationships. Candidates having experience with OLX or similar online selling platforms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales
• Manage product postings and customer dealing on OLX or similar platforms
• Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order handling and support
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Support sales and marketing activities when required

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Good communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
• Familiarity with OLX or online selling platforms will be preferred
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Good follow-up and customer dealing skills
• Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
