The Customer Service & Sales Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and supporting daily shop operations. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
- Promote and sell chocolates, cakes, and related products
- Handle billing, POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately
- Take customer orders (in-store, phone, or online if required)
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop
- Coordinate with kitchen and wrapping staff for order fulfillment
- Support upselling and cross-selling of products and gift items
- Follow company policies and customer service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (F&B preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Team player with a positive and professional approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in chocolate, bakery, café, or cake shop
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Gift wrapping or product presentation skills (added advantage)
