The Customer Service & Sales Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and supporting daily shop operations. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
  • Promote and sell chocolates, cakes, and related products
  • Handle billing, POS transactions, cash, and card payments accurately
  • Take customer orders (in-store, phone, or online if required)
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop
  • Coordinate with kitchen and wrapping staff for order fulfillment
  • Support upselling and cross-selling of products and gift items
  • Follow company policies and customer service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (F&B preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Team player with a positive and professional approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in chocolate, bakery, café, or cake shop
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
  • Gift wrapping or product presentation skills (added advantage)
