Customer Service & Sales Support at Mount Zero

What You'll Be Doing:
As the communications hub of Mount Zero, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration between our team, customers, and growers.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, providing exceptional support to both the Sales Manager and General Manager. Your typical day, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, will involve:
- Overseeing our small warehouse shop and serving customers.
- Receiving and processing customer orders.
- Managing incoming calls alongside your colleagues.
- Coordinating and making outbound sales support calls.
- Responding to emails and customer inquiries.
- Recording customer feedback and leads in our CRM system.
- Undertaking various administrative tasks as needed.
- Providing support to our Marketing manager with social media posts and engagement.
- Participating in and co-managing our quarterly Warehouse Open Days.
What We're Looking For:
We seek someone with prior experience in customer service, sales, or order management roles who can excel in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills.
- An outgoing personality with an eye for detail and accuracy in data and order recording.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A positive, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience in the food industry; retail, wholesale or hospitality (an advantage but not essential).
- Confidence in learning and using multiple software programs (experience with Google Suite, Cin7, Xero, Shopify, and MS Office is preferred).
