About MGI

We are seeking a someone passionate about first class customer service, to fill the role of Customer Service & Sales Support in our Las Vegas team. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be one of the key points of contact for our customers, sales agents, and internal team members. You will provide responsive and professional support across phone, email, and online channels, while also handling important sales administration tasks that keep orders and service requests moving smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, varied position suited to someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to MGI’s U.S. customer base
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, and warranties
  • Enter, process, and manage sales orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Review and process accessory warranty claims and replacement requests
  • Support product returns and related customer follow-up
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems
  • Work closely with the Office Manager and wider team to support day-to-day operations
  • Assist with other administrative and customer support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar customer service/sales support/sales administration role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and measured during conversations, managing own emptions and deescalating conversations, when things aren't as expected for the customer.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using ERP or order management systems
  • The ability to solve problems, think laterally, and provide practical solutions for customers
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently under remote supervision.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP
