Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

About the Role: As a Specialist at ProCare Health, you are the voice of our brand and a vital resource for individuals navigating their weight management health journeys. ProCare Health is seeking an empathetic communicator, and tech-savvy "all-rounder," to manage customer communication, place orders and support our sales team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, while also providing some administrative support to our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat; manage orders, subscriptions, and returns via Shopify and ShipStation.
• Sales Administration: Process wholesale orders, track sales budgets, and manage sample requests and stock-level adjustments.
• Data Management: Maintain spreadsheets to track shipping issues (reships, mis-picks, QC) and proactively communicate order changes to customers.
• Retail & Logistics: Assist walk-in customers and fulfill in-store pickups. Cross-train in the warehouse (pick/pack) to provide backup support as needed.
• Health Advocacy: Continually learn and educate customers on supplement protocols for weight management and general supplement needs. identifying opportunities for upselling or subscriptions.

Requirements:

• Tech-Fluent: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
• Multitasker: Ability to manage high-volume digital workflows and multiple web apps simultaneously.
• Communicator: Professional verbal and written skills; comfortable discussing health-related topics.
• Team Player: Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" in the warehouse or office to help the team succeed.

Bonus attributes but not required:

• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Experience in supplement sales or medical-adjacent customer service.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
