Customer Service Scheduler & Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Scheduler & Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage daily scheduling for service appointments, dispatch field technicians efficiently, and ensure seamless communication between customers, drivers, and operations. Duties

• Schedule service appointments and dispatch field technicians
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, or multi-line phone systems to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries with professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Maintain accurate data entry into our systems for service requests
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on shipping & receiving schedules, freight handling, and inventory management within logistics framework

Skills

• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret maps
• Proficiency in transportation planning and logistics coordination
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner; ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
• Experience with data entry accuracy
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures
• Ability to perform analysis on transportation metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
