We are hiring for Customer Service Senior Executive for a Freight forwarding

Location : Gujarat( Kandla )

Experience : 4+ years

Salary : 6 - 7 Lakhs Per annum

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to Air and Sea export & import shipments
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, pricing, and overseas agents
• Receive shipment bookings and ensure timely processing
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers
• Prepare and share shipping documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.)
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and CHA
• Handle issues such as delays, amendments, or customer complaints
• Ensure service delivery as per agreed timelines and customer SOPs
• Maintain proper records and update shipment details in system
• Support billing team with required shipment details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
