Your opportunity
We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Senior Specialist for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye. In this position, Plans and follows up the entire operation process from order entry to delivery. Enhance customer relationships, ensures that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and quality standards. Manages complaints and issues affecting.
You will report to Customer Services Team Leader and be part of the Customer Service team.
Where you’ll be
You will be located at our Esenyurt site in İstanbul / Türkiye and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
What You’ll Be Doing

Plans and follows up the entire operation process from order entry to delivery.

Enhance customer relationships, ensures that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and quality standards.

Manages complaints and issues affecting.
What You’ll Bring To The Role

Manage and process incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
-
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
-
Record, track, and follow up on customer requests and feedback
-
Maintain regular and clear communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
-
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless order execution
-
Generate reports related to order status, customer issues, and service metrics
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes

Provides customer service to customers and sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement solutions that will meet the client’s needs. Supports sales and the distribution channel and manage complaints and other issues affecting customer orders.
