We are looking for a Customer Service & Shipping Associate who can be the professional "face" of our front desk while mastering the logistics of our shipping station. This is a high-energy role for someone who loves multitasking and hates standing still.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

• Be the Face: Greet every customer with energy, handle pick-ups, and manage our multi-line phone system with professional ease.
• The Logistics Pro: Own the shipping station. Package, label (UPS/FedEx), and quality-check orders to ensure they arrive perfectly and on time.
• Organize for Speed: Keep the front office and shipping areas in "Drive-Thru" ready condition: everything has a place, and everything is in its place.
• Align: Work closely with our production and customer service teams team to ensure that customers get exactly what they ordered for with no delays.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High Energy & Hospitality: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can stay positive even when things move fast.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with computers. If you know MMP FLEX or EFI systems, that’s a huge plus!
• Detail Obsessed: You notice the small things, a typo on a label or a slightly loose box tape, and you fix it.
• Reliability: You understand that "Urgent" means meeting deadlines, and you take pride in being the person the team can count on.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/move for long periods and safely lift boxes/packages up to 35 lbs.
