Customer Service, Social Media & Sales

We are seeking a Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can professionally handle customer communication, actively manage social media interactions, and convert online inquiries into confirmed sales.

Fluency in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing) is mandatory for this role. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

We operate through our physical stores, website, and mobile application (available on Android & iOS), and we actively engage customers across major social media platforms.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive who can professionally handle customer communication, actively manage social media interactions, and convert online inquiries into confirmed sales. The ideal candidate is confident in both English and Arabic, highly organized, and motivated by sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media messages, and comments
  • Convert chats, leads, and inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details
  • Follow up with potential customers to reduce abandoned inquiries and close deals

Social Media Management

  • Monitor and reply to comments and messages on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Post product videos, stories, and promotional content regularly
  • Support daily offers, marketing campaigns, and seasonal promotions (Ramadan, Eid, special sales)

Content & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating short product videos and promotional clips
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design team for banners, visuals, and captions
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone in both English and Arabic

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Experience in customer service, social media handling, or online sales
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
